Only one person can book. If multiple parties plan to attend, please agree on a time with the other party/ies and list the email addresses of all involved in the booking notes.

Sliding Scale
30 minutes: $33-$99
60 minutes: $55-$166
When you book, you will choose where on the sliding scale you will pay by filling out the forms I send you for your service. As applicable, I will apply a discount to your client profile which will generate an invoice that reflects your sliding scale payment.

Anyone can book this session, even new clients. If you are in active intense pain (threw out your back, intense sciatic pain, etc) and you think massage therapy might help you should book this session. If slots are not showing as available on the booking software, feel free to contact me at 503-750-4134 to see if any last minute or off hours appointments are available, and leave a text if no one picks up. Please remember that massage therapy is beneficial for pain that is rooted in muscular tension, not tissue damage. When done carefully, it may help reduce pain that is related to tissue damage or other causes but it won't meaningfully alter or resolve the underlying issue.

Urgent therapeutic session for folks in acute pain

Sliding scale $33-$166/hour
This service is billed as a one hour mediation PLUS 0.5 hours of admin time per mediation participant.  When you book, you will choose where on the sliding scale you will pay by filling out the forms I send you for your service. As applicable, I will apply a discount to your client profile which will generate an invoice that reflects your sliding scale payment.  

A one-on-one conversation with me about your case where I get a chance to immerse myself in your perspective, understand your interests, and collaborate with you to figure out how I can best support you. 
Must be completed by all parties prior to group mediation.

One-on-One Conversation

One of ten Structural Integration bodywork sessions. Requires a more extensive intake process; book a consultation first.

Ten Series Bodywork

New clients: expect the intake process to take ~30 minutes. Come with loose, comfortable clothing and comfortable undergarments.

The fundamental goal of this work is to help you come into deeper relationship with your body at a pace that's safe for you: to better know your rhythms, boundaries, and desires, and to help you reduce your pain. We can use a variety of tools and techniques to accomplish this goal, ranging from mat-based massage work, to movement and biomechanics coaching, to somatic exercises, to consulting runes or tarot cards.

The bodywork I practice is gentle but also provides enough depth to meet your body's needs for pressure. It focuses on alleviating chronic and acute pain, reducing stress, mapping boundaries, encouraging mindful awareness of the body, and creating new patterns of movement. My original training is in mindfulness-based structural integration, also known as connective bodywork.

Sliding scale $33-$166/hour
If your sliding scale fee needs to change from what it was when you filled out your initial paperwork, contact me. 

A follow-up one-on-one conversation, as needed, prior to or after group mediation.

Follow-Up One-on-One Conversation (as needed)

Sliding scale for mediation services is $33-$166/hour. 
For a two party mediation the total cost will be the sum of the sliding scale payment for each party. For more than two parties, the total cost will be an average of the sliding scale rates.

Group Mediation

A space for us to talk in depth about a particular or sensitive aspect of our work together. Alternatively, if new clients want to meet in person before committing to a full session of bodywork with me, they can book this appointment.
