If you are in active intense pain (threw out your back, intense sciatic pain, etc) and you think massage therapy might help you should book this session.

Please remember that massage therapy is beneficial for muscular tension, not tissue damage. When done carefully, it may help reduce pain that is related to tissue damage or other causes but it won't meaningfully alter or resolve the underlying issue.
